購入日から14日以内の返金依頼を受け付けます。dotcompact.support@gmail.comへ、購入時のメールアドレス、購入日、返金理由をお送りください。ライセンスキーそのものをメール本文へ記載する必要はありません。

返金処理後、対応するProライセンスは無効になります。返金の反映時期はカード会社や決済手段により異なります。適用法令により認められる消費者の権利を制限しません。不正利用または返金制度の濫用が確認された場合は、適用法令の範囲で返金を拒否することがあります。

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Email dotcompact.support@gmail.com with the purchase email address, purchase date, and reason for the request. You do not need to include the license key itself.

The associated Pro license will be revoked after the refund is processed. Posting time depends on the card issuer or payment method. This policy does not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law. Refunds may be refused, to the extent permitted by law, in cases of confirmed abuse or misuse of the refund policy.
